Today I am taking a much needed respite to the beach. I'm on the train on my way and remembering a day on the beach last summer.
I was with a very dear friend “C” that I met 18 years ago . We met while we were both working as “party motivators” for a DJ company (but at the time we were just called 'dancers'). She and I hit it off and have been life long Dance Buddy's ever since.
We've always found ways to share dance and workout as a way to be healthy, motivate each other and have fun. Years ago, we used to take our “boom box” to the track and between laps we would break out and dance; Freestyle, Latin, Hustle, whatever came on the radio! Now, we very often dance with her young daughter in her living room and last year we danced at the beach. We had no music, we just broke out into a hustle and danced in the sand. It was loads of fun, good exercise and maybe a little entertainment for the rest of the beach goers who either thought us to be a bit strange or were thinking of joining us and making a party of it.
Dance really is a fun workout that you can take anywhere you go!

I like dance so much. it is also just a part of exercise. If a person dance it means that they don't need to do exercise workout. I love dance
