So, what's it for?
Well, this one move can target the gluteus muscles as well as the quadriceps muscles. When you use the variations recommend in the video you can also get a torso rotation that can help with flexibility and core activation used for to balance. Lastly, when you do several reps it will increase your heart rate, become an aerobic activity and burn more calories! YEA!
